Hi reader,

Record online transaction volumes headlined a bumper March, with two of your network’s firms becoming the first and second in the country to complete 500 digital transfers. Interviews with these leading transactors can be found in this edition of Clicks & Mortar.
You'll also find the first episode of “5 in 5 with Marcus Price” – in which PEXA’s CEO and Chief Customer Officer answer questions posed by your network on Community.

Final feedback has now been received from the Industry Digital Transformation Working Group tasked with restructuring the Transfer Guidelines. The proposed changes will soon be available on Community  stay tuned to this page for updates.

We’d further like to remind you that as of 2 April, old form mortgages are no longer available in PEXA. Inflight mortgages signed before this date may still be lodged.

The ongoing growth of the industry is due to your excellent work. We hope you had a safe Easter period and here’s to another successful month ahead.
Many thanks,

Ian Hendey
