Hi reader,

This month, PEXA’s Residential Seller Guarantee (PRSG) was launched. We’re proud to announce that sellers will now be provided protection in the event of certain kinds of fraud. Full details are available in this edition of Clicks & Mortar.
Below you’ll find this month’s 5 in 5 – covering the roll-out of multi-factor authentication (MFA) across the network. To further assist you, we've prepared FAQs and set-up guides on Community.

We've also provided a checklist outlining important PEXA login and Digital Certificate information for your business and release notes for our latest platform update, Release 8.1.

Last month saw record electronic property transaction volumes. Let’s carry this momentum into the remainder of 2018 and beyond.
Many thanks,

Ian Hendey

PEXA Residential Seller Guarantee

The PEXA Residential Seller Guarantee (PRSG) is now in effect and provides protection to sellers in the event of certain kinds of fraud. Where the PRSG applies, the seller has the option to make a claim against PEXA, rather than seeking to recover the loss by an alternative means.
