Hi reader,

It’s been a landmark month with more than $100 billion in settlement value now transacted electronically – a significant milestone in the digitisation of property exchange made possible by your network's continued growth.
According to a recent KPMG study into e-Conveyancing, your collaboration stands to provide tangible benefits to Australian homebuyers and sellers over the coming years. Read all the findings below in this edition of Clicks & Mortar.

We’d also like to take this opportunity to remind you that from 2 April, old form mortgages will be switched off in PEXA. Inflight mortgages signed before this date can still be lodged.

It’s been an incredible start to 2018 and we can’t thank you enough for your contributions to date. Have a prosperous month and a safe and enjoyable Easter ahead.
Many thanks,

Ian Hendey
